CPU, RAM, case, etc. I will be hooking up XBOX wireless controllers into the USB ports.Ģ) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included? I want this HTPC to be portable so I can connect it into friends TV's and run any emulator/ play movies. I want to build a HTPC that will run hyperspin (with all emulators) and XBMC (with various applications like netflix, hulu, etc). 1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
